Who are we ?

Atlantic is both a principle and manager of condominium associations, apartment houses, and commercial buildings in Northern New Jersey. Atlantic Management has been in business since 1992.

Where are we ?

Our main office is in the Lenox Towers in Union City, New Jersey. We also have a field office in Montclair.

What is our track record ?

We have been rated “Excellent” by the State of New Jersey HMFA for our management for the last four years.  We have taken buildings from having no funds to now having a healthy reserve account and in each case were able to  do start capital improvements. We have an “A” rating from condominium legal firms for our successful condo dues collection methods 

We also have saved our clients over $100,000 to date from using energy conservation. We have lowered heating and water usage by on-site monitoring and our prompt follow up.

We also buy in bulk, which includes insurance, supplies, and legal and accounting services and pass the savings onto our clients. Our contractor list is ample enough to give your projects both  competitive bidding and quality work.

We use independent CPA’s for auditing and our in house accounting system uses the latest software. We have had extensive experience in dealing with state and local officials, buildings inspectors and the tenancy court system. 

More importantly, because we are owners, we understand your needs. Our goal is to manage smarter every year using technology, persistence and being hand on at our sites.   

What are our credentials ?

The President, Larry Silverman, holds a BA and MBA from Rutgers, is a licensed New Jersey real estate broker, holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist degrees.

Our clients have ranged from small condo associations to New Jersey Transit, the Bank of New York, Midland Loan Services, National Community Bank and the Samuel Feldman estate.
