Property Inspections


Our management is done best on site at your property. We do walk throughs to check on the progress of work being done. We look at the properties appearance and cleanliness, and review the major systems such as the elevator, overhead doors, and heating systems.  


Meetings


We work with the Board son setting agendas with ample notice to members. The meetings are geared to both update members and discuss projects and improvements. Our managers are trained in listening.  


Accessibility


We open and staff our office at 7:30am each weekday. We can start working on problems that come up and have repairs started early in the morning. At night and on weekends we have a live 24 hour service with property managers (not supers) on call for any emergency.
