Bill Paying

Payment is made after a service is completed and we can provide a check register report and give you a summary for any time period for a contractor, service, or expense.

We are on site for any capital improvement and payment is made only when the Board and property manager are satisfied.

Collections

We carry out a consistent collection policy. Late fee, late notices, foreclosures and evictions can be commenced. We have extensive experience with New Jersey state law and  the court system  We work with attornies that specialize in condo collections, tenancy actions, and real estate.

Cash Management

Our system provides for daily payments and credits. We keep enough funds in  your checking account and deposit balance in an interest bearing reserve fund.
